1. Who we are

WorkBenchy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an ERP and profit-calculation platform for 3D print farms.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — email address, password hash (stored by Supabase Auth).
  • Profile & settings — display name, company name, currency preference, shipping presets you enter.
  • Business data — orders, materials, BOMs, production runs you create inside WorkBenchy.
  • Billing data — subscription tier, Stripe customer ID. Full card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Usage data — page visits, feature interactions, error logs (used to improve the product).

3. How we use your data

  • Provide and operate the WorkBenchy service.
  • Process payments and manage subscription status.
  • Send transactional emails (password reset, receipts). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Improve product features through aggregate, anonymised analytics.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. We use row-level security policies to ensure one account cannot access another's data. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Backups are retained for 7 days.

5. Third-party services

  • Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge functions.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account directly from the Settings page, which removes your profile and business data.

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice if changes are material. Continued use of WorkBenchy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
