1. Who we are
WorkBenchy (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a business-management platform for 3D print farms. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through our service at workbenchy.app.

2. What data we collect
- Account data: email address and hashed password provided at sign-up.
- Business data you enter: product names, SKUs, material costs, orders, production jobs, and related financial figures. This data belongs to you.
- Usage data: server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
- Marketplace integration data: OAuth tokens and webhook payloads received from connected shops (Shopify, Etsy).
3. How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the WorkBenchy service.
- To authenticate your account and protect against unauthorised access.
- To send transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset).
- To improve the service based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in the European Union on Supabase infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Row-Level Security policies in our database ensure that your data is logically isolated from other users.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and all associated business records are permanently deleted within 30 days.
