Reviews

Print farm owners love WorkBenchy

From solo makers to 12-printer operations — here's what they say.

I used to guess my prices. Now I know that every Benchy I sell on Etsy costs me exactly £1.43 in filament, electricity and packaging. WorkBenchy paid for itself in week one.

The kanban board and auto-deduction are the two features I didn't know I needed. My fulfilment rate went from chaotic to 100% on time. Genuinely the only tool I open every morning.

Switched from a spreadsheet that took 2 hours a week to maintain. WorkBenchy is instant. The profit calculator alone is worth the subscription — I finally stopped underpricing my work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Hobby plan is free forever — no card required. You only need to add payment details if you upgrade to a paid plan.
How does the profit calculator actually work?
You define your products with a recipe (Bill of Materials) — how many grams of filament, print time, labour. WorkBenchy pulls your material costs from your inventory and calculates your true Cost of Goods Sold in real time, including electricity rate, failure rate, and packaging.
Can I connect my Etsy or Shopify store?
Yes — Pro and Scale plans include marketplace integrations. Orders imported from Etsy, eBay or Shopify are automatically matched to your products and production jobs are queued on the Kanban board.
What is FIFO inventory and why does it matter?
FIFO (First In, First Out) means when you use materials, the cost is taken from your oldest stock purchase first — just like real accounting. This gives you accurate Cost of Goods Sold for tax purposes, not just an average guess.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings with one click. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the free Hobby plan — your data stays intact.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every account is completely isolated using Supabase Row Level Security — no other user can ever read or modify your data. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
