Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WorkBenchy you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

WorkBenchy is a web-based ERP and profit-calculation platform for 3D print farms. Features include FIFO inventory tracking, BOM-based production Kanban, order import, and cost-of-goods analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Billing & subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.
  • You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use WorkBenchy for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with other users.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform.

6. Your data

You own all business data you create inside WorkBenchy. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

WorkBenchy is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free of errors. Financial and cost calculations are for informational purposes; you are responsible for verifying figures before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of WorkBenchy shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time from the Settings page before termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
