1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a WorkBenchy account or using our service at workbenchy.app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

WorkBenchy provides a cloud-based ERP and profit-calculator platform designed for 3D print farm operators. Features include inventory management, bill-of-materials (BOM) tracking, production Kanban, order import, and cost/profit analytics.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use WorkBenchy.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or to WorkBenchy systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the service.
• Transmit malware, spam, or disruptive code via the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or excessively query our API.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into WorkBenchy (products, orders, costs, etc.). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

WorkBenchy does not claim intellectual-property rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

6. Disclaimers

WorkBenchy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The financial figures, cost calculations, and profit projections produced by the service are informational only and do not constitute financial or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified accountant for tax and compliance matters.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkBenchy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
